    Bike munted in Papakura

My flatmate just got home and said a car has taken out a bike at the intersection of Cosgrove Rd and Clevedon Road. Bike bits strewn all over the road. He thinks it might have been a Triumph Rocket. He nearly had heart failure at first cos he saw the colour of the tank and all the chrome and his first thought was that I'd decided to go out on my bike...
Shit hope the rider is ok. There was no sign of the rider there - just lots of towies.

The rider went off in an ambulance, but was awake and moving. As for the bike it was a Triumph, but not a rocket.

PS. the ambulance people "stole" our blanket :P

Oh well you'll never see your blanket again!! Hope the rider wasn't badly injured. Did you get to play good samaritan nursy person?

Speaking of things belonging to you - did you leave your sweatshirt at my place on New Years? There's a dark grey one with orange piping that doesn't belong here.

A man can move much faster without a millstone around his neck, so if he gets the chance to lose her he'd better drop her and run like heck !! .. (10cc "Modern Man Blues" - Deceptive Bends)

Sadly the rider was probably on the way to the hospital?
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.
