    Question Hamilton bike shops ?

Not sure where I should ask this but anyways...

I'm sitting my bike handling skills cert on saturday and need a helmet etc so thought I may as well go and get all my kit this week. Can anyone recommend any of the Hamilton bike shops? I had a google and looked in yellow pages but there doesn't seem to be too many
...I might even end up having to make a trip up to Auckland if there's nothing much around here.

the 3 hamilton bike shops are within a hundred meters of each other (Road & Sport, Honda, and Hamilton Motorcycle Centre).. Te Rapa Straight (next to the BP petrol station).. just walk between them and choose which one you want to buy from

Talk to Brett of Quasimoto fame for your gear or John at Boyd Honda. All of the others charge like you're made of money.

I always have my Blackbird serviced at Boyd Honda because of their good workshop staff but I always go to Road and Sport next door for tyres and clothing because I've always appreciated their excellent front of shop service over the years

Talk to Al at Road & Sport or John at Boyds.
    Both reasonable sorta Roosters.

Boyds have prolly got a better range of Helmets (price-wise I mean).

well it would help if they were open on saturdays, maybe people who worked for a living could then visit. A bike shop that is closed on saturday??????????? i have never been able to visit them to give a verdict, and i love yams.

Personally Ive never had much time for Road and Sport after the way they treated me when I went to test I bike with them. But that was a few years ago now.
