One of the companies I contract to has an employee named Mike hunt.
Before I realised this I was involved a confusing incident, when a woman employee asked me if I had seen Mike Hunt and then slapped me when I replied,"No ,Lift your skirt then"

This is true - used to live in New Plymouth and wondered where they got to.... A family of 10 kids and all have ford names including Prefect, Zepher died of cot death (one other died as well...). Even the girls had car names (Capri for example). Oh dear.....

Ford Prefect, of course, being one of the most famous fictional characters in twentieth-century literature.

I am also reminded of a particularly bad movie.

I'll have none of it! Some of my best friends have been Mainlines and Customlines.

The real dirtbags are in the navy; who'd call anyone 'Commodore'?

You might be right; it was 'boogie nights' not 'bodgie nights'.

Or were all the bodgies in retirement homes by the time the Commodores were released? In fact, the real question is: Why were the Commodores in custody in the first place? (1,000 reasons spring to mind, even though they weren't 'hit' men!)

    Groan.
