It's definitely coming here. AMPS told me earlier in the year that they'd have a demo in September.

I'll be without a licence when it arrives, though.

Not so sure I'm keen on the 13.3L tank. It's not going to be the world's most economical bike.

Should still be able to (just) manage a > 200km range, but I can't help but think that it'd be nicer to have a couple extra litres in there.

    Oh well. Style is king!

Do they charge another grand to take that ugly sticker off?

    (Otherwise not so bad...)

Won't be too bad either. They are quite economical for a 1200.

No numbers - not one of my criteria.
They tell me a granny on a Buell gets about 50mpg.

On an XB12? That's 21km/L, which is the same as Devil's KTM 690SM.

Possible but unlikely, I would have thought.

The XR1200's a hell of a lot heavier than an XB12 S or R, though, and who knows what the effect of its engine tune will be.

What do you get on the Ulysses?

    Nah mate 50mpg is 17.7km/litre. 20km/litre is 56 mpg, 21km/litre is about 59mpg.
