I might pass for now. There seem to be plenty of 4WDs out there wanting to remodel my tank for me for free.

it's actually a gap for the mills and bloom on womens model bikes.

I'd like to know just what kind of 'helmet' would fit into that recess - a bit small for a lid, but then I'm sure that plenty of guys out there would like to boast that their 'other helmet' would fit pretty nicely into a space that large....

I cant belive people activly risk speeding by dipping down behind the screen so far that they need the indent in the tank. Sensibly its where I put my cell phone, because trying to hold it and text at the same time can lead to a lack of concentration!!!! which in turn can lead to unreadable messages!!!

it makes sence to be a space for the petrol cap to lift up into, i'll check this when i get home with my bike.

But it makes a real nice flat spot to stick my suction mount for my radar
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

    (hard) drugs are bad.........mmmmmm kay
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

My guess is that fuel tanks, to be light are made of the thinnest metal the manufacturers can get away with, because that part of the tank is relatively flat, and being sheetmetal its prone to warp due to pressure from within the tank or from pressure on the tank from the outside. To make it stronger they put a fold or "dent" in the tank to make it stronger. Its why car bonnets are seldom dead flat. (havent looked at all posts so someones probably already come up with this)

Actually - as well as the place for the silken nymph to frantically claw at while her arse is getting a pounding - I think I've cracked this one.

It's the bike's version of a belly button - you know, so when the gorgeous silken nymph has finished running her soft bubble gum tongue up, down and around a certain shaft, over and over and over again, she can can spit the proceedings .......
