Hell No, my whale wouldn't fit on a trailer......That'd be the boss coming back from the winch challenge in Reefton.Apparently the track we were on up the Waitahu river can exit through a quary between Reefton and Springs junction, little bike country though, and there's a good track on the right heading into Big river, not far past the one lane bridge with the loading bank on the right, past merrijigs though.
Further exploration needed I think. On the CT

Yeah Dino feels good to finaly have things underway, just itchin to fire the old girl up and finish off the MT21

    nice DR

Bloody nice mate brings a to my eye just looking at your picture of the beast.
Just knew I should have bought her back off the insurance mongrels.
Makes me when you pay big premiums to them and excesses to only get what they think your bikes worth.
Should have a bit harder for her.
They've got a bit of a CULT following in the UK and they're fetching bigger money than here, OH well to the hills on my Cagiva I shall ride.
I'm working on more POSTS as we speak

yeah mate shame you couldnt hold on to her, but rather the bike a right off than you thats the main thing ,no doubt youl be still having fun on the cagiva.

its a shame the insurance only go by market value, mines insured for 5k but i'l be lucky to see 2k if the worst happen to the ole girl.
some dude offered me 6k not long after i bought it so there still worth a bit to certain people but like you say europes the market place for them.

Bugger me that is one sweet lookin Big Mine looked like that back in 1992 when I picked it up in CHCH but on my first trip around the South Island I hit black ice on Takaka hill early one morning and scratched the tank so I stood on the side of the road and said right for the rest of your life your gunna be used and abusedit's never let me down since all tho she has gone down a few more times.
Deano I'll be up in Hamilton next week driving up on Sunday for a course or something so I'll bring up the rear rim and associated equipment.

Nah....... the pics make it look beterer than it is.I tend to stay away from Takaka hill during winter, to much ice and grit, but during summer it's one of my favorite after work rides aye MarkS
Cool pics Bart, good to see I'm not the only one who takes pics of my bike with all sorts of different backgrounds
