    bearings

all sorted fresh WOF, speicial thanks to your kind offers of help - you guys rock. Thanks to Tri-boy's technical advice(twas my first bearing replacement).
standard bearing for the top of the stem is 47mm o/d, only suzuki would think of being difficult and making a 48mm one just so you can only buy it from them.
ended up finding the top bearing in another bike kit so the shop split the kits and charged me for one, The shop in question was Demitry parts and accessories Morrinsville, he sorced the parts within 20mins and had them couriered 5 hours later- cost $81. suzuki took 6 days to find the exact parts and costing over $100 . So a BIG thumbs up to Demitry's i will definately be buying from them again.

yep the SI invasion would be an awesome trip they got some fab looking scenery down there. would like to go but i wont be able to, start of rugby for the kids, silly season for work blah blah blah blah blah blah,
might try for a trip later in the year for Taranaki/wairarapa and hook up with Neal again, but would have to plan around the family and book well ahead.
Plus where trying to buy or first house so till we get that all out of the way its hard to commit to anything at this stage.

Caught up with Nooles on the KCR had an awesome time, unfortunately i sprained me ankle and came home before the 42nd & fishers.
bit bummed but still had a great time.

Hey Dino. I'm still pissed I couldn't make the KCR, maybe next year if you's fullahs do it again.
Havn't done any mods to the Big, I'm happy with the performance as it is, if I want to go fast I'll ride the Triumph.
This winter should see a bit of a sort out though as it's using a bit much oil, hope it's just rings or valve seals or something just as minor, don't really want to know about a full re-build.

No this was another off on Sunday on the way home, you probably took the river rd to Whanga, colin and I took a gravel rd out of Tamrunui and I stuffed up,I thought I was gone, my little fufu valve was squezzed real tight. Then Colin had an off on the saddle before the Tangarakau gorge, we stopped at the pub for a coke!!!the road was greasy as.
I wish now that I had stayed with you guys and done fishers and whanga again, that would have been slippery mate.

HI JATZ Use thicker oil ( actually Harley oil might do the trick) and I wouldnt worry to much as Oil is Cheap
