    I reckon the gubbermint oughta pass a law or sumthin', raise petrol taxes to cover cost of administering it, also provide barrels of tar and levy a feather collection from chicken farms, also investment into light manufacturing industy to produce pitchforks and portable hanging posts!

    The fact is that idjuts who don't wear helmets & decent gear claim on ACC.
    That forces the levies up, thereby taking away my freedom of choice (not to mention hard earned dollars).

    The other factor here is that every time some wanker spits in the eye of Darwin, it reflects on all of us. And it's all of us that will get legislated, taxed and policed out existence.

    Notwithstanding that - it's a CARTOON !!!
