Anyone do this ride last year? How do you think it will be with all this rain that we had this week?

I went out last week to look at the enduro expecting everyone to be covered in mud but everyone looks very clean at the end of the day. Its sand based so it will be basically be dry apart from rain and if they decide to include bogs for sadistic fun.

Yep.. went today(sat.), no rain, no wind and great tracks .

6km track for novice and a warm up,
a good paddock and tree track for the rug rats,
3 more loops that i proberly wouldn,t recomend for novices, and i,d love to know how the quads were handling it, cause in many places it got tight.

some sandy hills needed a good run up, but where there were obstacles we could go make a track around. And as for that tree root across the top of a bank on the suzuki track, that will test some.
The main tracks were similar to other years, one went south, one went north via the beach ,and a shorter loop off this for those that would rather let the tide go out first. A hint of rain showed up mid afternoon, and unsure how bad it got, but i didnt hit the heavy rain until back in taranaki.
