    Gave in 2 the urge....

    Awhile back posted about getting older and not finding new bikes that exciting at all etc so 3 of us went and picked up a brand new Thruxton today and have spent some time stripping it back to bones in order to make way for a "Thruxton" as we would have one,to be honest inspired by a thread started by another KBr 'redneck" when he posted the thread we Ohh and arred and then thought "fuck it" why not.Will keep you posted and hope we end up with something like this.....

    it you.you have no idea what you have started,i had to borrow to do this shit.I am pretty much up for anything but at one stage this afternoon i thought"what the fuck are we doing".Thing is the 3 of us have a few bikes each and are like minded on new ones but neither could afford to buy a new one and carve it up...heres the answer.

    Start with a full suspension upgrade, followed by higher quality braking packages up front.
    Check out Rat net for all the appropriate linked sites, and tech mods.
    Good luck. (a nice big stroker kit, and Thruxton cup spec detail will give you close to 100 ponies)$$$$$
