Hey i'm old ! But i'd paint it black hehehe
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

It's easy to change direction on, feels like the '05 in that I'm sitting on the bike rather than in it, unlike the '06/07. The finishing is also much better than the 1st gen, no velcro anywhere (that I've seen anyway) and the bike is looking better and better.
Throttle control is much improved over my '05, there's no twitchiness or hesitancy when applying small throttle changes (only while running in of course, he he), and it has a much more sophisticated drivetrain.
Riding position is surprisingly sportier than my old bike, there's about the same amount of weight on the bars (shitloads with me!) but me old pins are bent a bit more - pegs area touch higher (and they are a vast improvement being mush grippier than the old ones). The bars seem slightly wider, and the previously considered pointless screen actually works effectively well, deflecting a lot of the oncoming wind on to my helmet and away from my brutish chest. Nice!
It's not as raw as the '05. We'll change that in due course...
    I think I'm in love

I thought the '07 ZX-10 was the most perfect fitting bike for me..... until I sat on the '08 in Mt Eden MC while waiting on the paperwork for my 08 ER6. With just 5 minutes sitting on it stationary I can't imagine how much fun you are having, and for that, I hate you!

Seriously though, nice bike, screw the 'cross eyed' head lights, the bike is sex on wheels... I am even quite fond of the stock exhaust, definitely one of the better ones of late. I just couldn't get over the fact that a bike that, basically, is a track bike was more comfortable to sit on than the ZX14 or Concours next to it (goes for the 07 as well).

    Again, hate, etc

To be honest Maha it took me a while to get used to the look of the bike, but now I'm hooked on it
Of course, the mind bending acceleration and effortless handling are to be expected; It's a Ninja after all
