Angry Well Kawasaki are making a major F@#* UP!!!

Don't take this as gospel but we were alerted to the fact today that as of when the last 30 KLX300Rs that Lyntec have in their warehouse are moved there will be no more

Haven't heard directly whether it's the end of the line for the 300 or that there aren't any more being brought into the country.

But either way it's a major step backwards

    they are gone,

as long, with the KDX200, and the KX125/250's they are gonnnnnnne, (best footy show impression)

that model could be so good if they put the electric start, and a decent fuel tank and seat on it, shame its gone,

we've placed a couple on order

unless they pull a swifty and clamp down on another container load destined for South Africa again like that last lot of KDX200s

Seen the pictures of the KXF150 yet ??? KX85 masquerading as a 4stroke

    fuck i wish, lol,

i hate the fact that the Japanese are dropping good models out of there ranges, first honda drop the CR125 and 250, and the XR250, and kawasaki wiht these models,

in the end sometimes what sells well down here is not as popular in the rest of the world, the states get what they want and we have to put up with it,

Yeah they're a bit to bloody selective in what they allow us to have

We could make a killing down here with a couple of different models but we just can't source them. Even considered bringing in a container load privately from the states to supplement demand but got the big from the powers that be

Seriously looking at under taking a second franchise those

as much as i love the two stroke and am really sad to see it go, i saw one of those crf150's at the Manukau Supercross, and what a horny little bike that is, looks and sounds just like a 250f. The Kwaka version should be good.

Guess there won't ever be a two stroke nationals as nobody will be able to obtain a two stroke reliable enough to ride.

the 150's need to be banned from the 85 class, it will kill junior mx ,
250F shold be banned with them, make all junior racing 2 strokes, (like the fim have, form 2010)

Apparently the KTM 150 & the Yamaha YZF 150 are the bizz in the looks department
    The KXF 150 is as I said in the other post,it's a KX85 with a 4stroke motor

the KTm and yamaha 150 are on hold as there is only one country in the world that allows them in the 85 class, (aussie) everyone else is being ensible and making them race in other classes,

i have not got them all,

and we already have another franchise, only way to go

so the two strokes not dead yet then?? Only the 250 2t?
So what your saying Scott is eventually there will only be a 85 and 125cc 2t available. I thought they were fazing them out due to emissions bullshit.

not he 250F and 450 (or maybe 350??) will stay in MX, i think the 250 2 stroke may be dead tho, it will depend on sales of RM250;s and YZ250 which are still made,

the Japanese are cutting back on 2 strokes for sure, dam them
but the FIM have said that from 2010 all the junior world champs will be 2 stroke only,

it will be very interesting times, i hope the 125's continue, i think it is way to bigger step to go from 85's to 250F's, and also it is way to expensive to race four strokes for parents,

the AMA followed NZ's lead and let 250 2 strokes into the lites class at ametuer level this year,

Yeah this sucks. My young fella has to go from an 85 2t to a 250 four stroke at 13 years? Jeez, it'll take him years to catch up. What happens when the poor little bugger drops it on a down hill and can't pick the fuckin thing up?
