Odd. They were in Wellytown last time I looked. Perhaps with the buy-out by Ozzies, they relocated?

If you want to bother you have him bang to rights.
The description of the bike is pretty clear
If it doesn't fit the description then ya got the guy

    WELL GUYS>>> ITS ALL SORTED!
I did a courts search on his name and found that last year he was convicted and fined for unlicenced car dealing . So I rang him and suggested that as the people from Auto Auctions and the car transport company said that they knew him well and that he was a good customer. So that they would be the best place for IRD and the MVDI to start asking questions.
After that, he was so helpful and we negotiated a substantial rebate on the price!
so now I have a very cheap KLX waiting for parts to arrive from Aussie.
Thanks everyone for you concern and good advice.- its nice to win one occasionally!
Retired- just some guy with a few bikes......

Good one mate glad to hear it!!

Did you use the Ausie parts link search we suggested? Its not bad for the older bikes, their dollar is not to far away from ours, and their parts are priced much better than our wreckers.

    Good result!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '

Brilliant! Good work, would have been hard not to piss yourself laughing when you were 'advising' hime of the error of his ways....

Good to see a like that get his comeuppance - Karma in action

Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes

Yeah, happy endings are good. Trade me would not be of any help. They got their commission.........

Small claims would have been your best op.

    But hey, well done.
It's OK to disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.
