    I'm back wif new helmet

    Hey guys/ girls,
    Spent last two weeks in US and bought back my new helmet. (see attached)
    It was $249 + tax USD, bargin in my books.
    I had concerns about customs but that turned out to be a non issue.
    I went through a Yamaha dealer on Highland Ave, LA, they bent over backwards to help me.

    I did try local stockets first but only import in greater numbers, and I only got one head.

    I did notice a huge range of gear that is not in NZ... yet, and felt like a kid in candy shop.

    Cheers guys, I am so happy with it, I have stupid grin on my face every time I put it on...

    It's a HJC, and yes Yamy dealer selling me a Kwacker hat... go figure.

    I found it on HJC web site and hunted down a dealer in LA (whilst in NZ) so I could get ordered and delivered to shop to try and buy before moving on and back home again.

    I ride the "Kopu GP", so may catch up some of you one day, you'll know me now...

    I know the shop on Highland you mentioned. Its a candy shop for sure. Glad customs wasn't an issue.

    Well they cant sell yamahas so they had to get something bikers wanted
