Biggles2000 has a couple of these... I think.

Just a footnote, I have been in touch with hummer123 and he bought the bike, did all the things that everyone told him to do in order to minimise problems... and it shat itself on the way to the testing station...

I think you are better to buy an older Japanese than a new Chinese one. The Chinese will catch up in terms of reliability at some stage I am sure, but presently I would have to say the old adage of the 10 foot barge pole applies!!

My 5c worth - be careful what you buy-

I was and I have now got 7 of these! They get thrashed by idiots and always come up smiling! they are Cavallo something or other 250s but they are actually a 230cc. the only thing I find that is bad is that the chains stretch like crazy and the original brake pads last about a month. all the bits are available and they go as well as the CRF230f that they are a close copy of.

Lifan are probably the best Chinese bike manufacturer, and I think Shineray is Imported by the same company that Imports triumph, though not certain this is fact.
at the worst end of the market is the guy who Imports the Shiney Time brand with his shocking shockers, there is a trade me sale of his muck.
There was a piss take thread of it in the off road section.
Id be Very warey of buying any chinese bike, as you get what you pay for.
