Whoa that sounds like a fancy helmet HJC sounds right, I know it's 3 letters and not AGV or KKsomething.

It looks better than in that pic I reckon, but maybe I'm already biased

I'm even lighter than you so I'm all set.

So is your's black? Once I'm comfortable on the road I'd want to get out on a cruise, cause that's what they're for

I've just got news of a party I have to be at tomorrow night.. it may effect whether I can get around to sorting bike stuff out on Saturday though

But it'll make the 250 look like a baby

I'm on the North Shore, so it'll be a while before I feel confident enough to get on the motorway, practice practice..

Id be keen. Maybe my bike will need a sign saying "when i grow up i want to be like that bike" with an arrow pointing to your 700 lol.

Give me a buzz though, ill be keen any time that im not busy, would be good to get a few pointers too

    hey guys

been riding a little 125 suzuki scooter for 6 months and finally decided to upgrade to a 250cc bike.. took a vl 250 from coleman's suzuki for a test ride today around the city and loved it!

Got back and put down a deposit for a grey one with the next shipment they are getting in next week..
just need to wait another week or so until i get my annual bonus from work and it will be MINE!

Love this bike, even for a fatass like me - about 135kg - i was STRUGGLING to keep it under 60km in 3rd gear haha, cant wait to take one for a real ride!

Ok I got my learners and all my gear today and they are going to drop the bike off after work on Monday, so I can go for my first ride soon too.

Newby, have you been out on your's again?

Welcome to what will be a lifetime obsession. I remember fondly discovering what a buzz riding is and its never worn off.

IT, ive ridden mine every day since it arrived on thursday lol. Went for a night ride last night down to pukekohe, loved it!

Then went for the ride with EAR out to Kaiaua today which was great. They certainly arnt speed machines though, i found myself a couple of times with the throttle right open and wishing it had a little more ooomph, but never mind!

By the way, mine is the black one!

You will love it ehgriez, now i have hopped on a bike, i dont know how i have been without it all this time!

Yeah that's right, for the basics anyway. Balance is simple, and I found corners easy if I had a corner to follow (Found it hard to judge an imaginary corner in a carpark ) I managed to lock the front wheel up twice on my riding test (for the emergency stop) and I really hope I don't experience that on the road! The tyres had only done 30km though so they were probably still a bit waxy. I'll post in here if I manage to get out on it after having it delivered tomorrow
