the riff raff
[/QUOTE]
Yes 'the riff raff' . the Dommie was parked out of shot to the right....ie in front
Nice to catch up with you euro trash lot and what a lovely day for a ride after all the shit weather we've been having
I can't see any Logmaker there, was it tofor him ?
Looks like you guys had a good ride though![]()
Woohoo!
that was a good shot
how many takes did it take, as it were?
Just the one take.
30 practice shots though... My hands were freezing...
that was awesome. Almost made me want to kick the DRZ into life & go up. Who else was up there?

Heaps up Sharlands, the carpark was chokka. 3 guys were trying and failing to get up the first section of Hurricane Hill
Just the one 2-smoke Berg up the Maungatapu though.
Just after the video, there's an uphill 90* right (just before the last pylon track on the right before the summit) that took me 5 minutes to get around...
The DR went well, better on the open gravel than the technical bits (went up via Maitai Face), need to tweak the carb as it's holding the revs a bit long though.
The Shinko 244 rear is crap. Was sliding on everything. There's a good 2mm of tread left so I don't know what's up with it. I need to get some more 705's...
Oh yeah, why didn't anyone tell me the Maitai Rd is now open again...
The EnduroCross is on again on Sunday over Tapawera way. NordieBro assures me there's no logs, tyres, creeks, sandpits, concrete pipes or hills...
Some from 2011...

Great weather for weeks and the day of the final round of the South Island Enduro Series...
Pissing rain, winds and fog so thick you could cut it with a knife. Should be brilliant up there.
Posted from my armchair, drinking a coffee with a cat curled up asleep on my lap.
I am back, finally have enough cash to fix and rego a bike.
And........
Then the main drain on the house failed and backed up down our hallway......sheesh. Ground subsided on the sunless side of the house when we got flooded. Have vids and pics of it but insurance peeps not interested. Expensive.
But my 450 has now got a spring for my weight and I can point the headlight at the road when riding. Shims will need a check after my massive 89 hrs riding and the clutch slave seal failed as all ktm's do.
Whats up or down bla bla bla![]()
I can smell you....
Hang on haven't you got another 5 bikes to play with? saw you guys cruising on a nice looking BMW tourer a while back. bugger about the flooding, had a couple of customers out the Glen have the same trouble.
