Is Big river do-able in a day fom richmond and back??
Of course will have to go via dovedale sandy creek dry weather Porika Westbank? maruia etc and back the same way-ish.
Or should I head into Grey and crash with a mate and head back the next day??
planning my week off.

Big River track is only about 25k's from the center of Reefton to the end of the track.
Took us just over an hour to get from the winding house out to the gravel rd, I've seen the way you ride so you could prolly halve that.
CrazyFrog has done it in a day from Nelson

If you're detouring anywhere make it a 2 dayer.
Add in Napoleons Hill whilst you're there. Don't need to call. Just rock up.
