Nnnnnyyeeess, a gentile jaunt to the bay of Hori or pelorous sounds good to me. coffe sounds marvellous too.

Post up a meeting time and place and I will be there.

Went to Hori bay yesterday, there was nothing new.

Righty O then. We will be experiencing the beauty of the Maitai valley followed by the exciting & often dangerous climb up the Maungatapu Track to the breathtakingly amazing Summit past Murderers Rock site of the massacre in the 1800s & down into the Pelorus Valley.
Along the way those with skills & curly toenails can do the side tracks & fall over etc whilst those with more sophisticated machines will amble luxuriously along.

We will imbibe a caffeinated beverage at the cafe, exchange some pleasantries & tall stories then return.
Our rendezvous will be the 1st carpark along the Maitai valley at 1pm. Newcomers as always are welcome.

I went to work... yes i suck, but if it's any consolation the REGO bill around our place is crippling... The XR is tarded, not so sure i like it like that actually

Today was a terrible ride, thunderstorms, slips, heaps of traffic, bike breakdowns, bad coffee, vanloads of Norwegian nudist volleyball players swimming at Pelorus, bad company, gravel.
You guys made the right decision staying at home/work/house hunting etc. I def won't be riding at all in the near future after today's ride. Not even to do the Mackley as a day ride in the upcoming weeks. Nup not organising a ride out there at all, don't want to see if anyone is interested either. Not going to happen so don't even ask.

Yup, a Mackley invasion may just help me get over todays debacle.

BTW, lights started going again,then stopped again but starter is still a nogo. May just be a dodgy battery connection.

Mackley you say ?.... Hmmmm I haven't been there for a couple of years. I'll need a bit of notice so I can get things tidied up at home though.
