Nice and easy - undo axle nut and remove axle. Adjusters at back of swing arm can be left alone. Adjusters are connected to peice of steel inside swing arm that axle goes through i.e. moving axle back and forward for adjustment purposes. Just pull the axle and all will become obvious. Lucky for you the XLR wheels were really easy to get tyres on and off. HTH. Have fun.
