Yes I have crashed a few times and broken myself.
Yes I would help you get your bike off a a gorse bush for you .
My tyres aren't flash at the moment.
I don't have a flash Harry knew bike but I'd like one.
I do go down steep hills and have problems getting out.
Still not sure what a NAD is ?.
