    Rider down (10 Aug)

A sad thing on such a nice winters day:

New Zealand Police Alert 3:50pm 10 Aug 2008 Counties Manukau

Location of incident: Clevedon-Kawakawa Rd., Clevedon

    Incident type: Fatal crash

Emergency services are at the scene of a car v motorbike crash in Clevedon, reported just after 3pm today.
The car-driver & motorbike rider are deceased. A car passenger was also injured, status unknown.
The whole road around the crash-scene will be closed for some time while Police investigate the cause of the crash. Diversions have been placed at the bridge just after the Clevedon roundabout, and at Kawakawa Bay.
Significant delays are expected and traffic, apart from Clevedon residents, will have to go south through Kauaua to SH2.
No further release will be made until next-of-kin have been informed.

We went through there about half hour before then.... There were ALOT of bikers on the road.

I left and came around SH2 to get home, so i suppose everyone else ended up coming the long way around as well?

Just got back now, got there not long after it happened, no details, turned around and came around the other way.

If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
