    Take it easy

okay....so we finally had some decent weather yesterday, and it was great to get out and go for a ride. After all the weather of late has not been the best and many of us would not have had many opportunities to get out. For this very reason, when you do go, take it easy. A lot of roads are damged, pot holes, slippery ( especially corners that dont get a lot of sun,) and mud left from cleared slips etc. Also if you havernt been out for a while your senses are not as tuned as they would be if you were riding a lot. the cool weather can also affect you, and it is more easier to feel fatiged with extremities getting numb. I like to go and have fun to, but at this time of year please temper it with some wisdom. I do not wish to come across as a spoil sport, i was just gutted by the accidents that happened on the weekend. So to all you fellow riders ......please take it easy this time of year especially if you havern't been out for a while.

Nice points. I got caught out in the hail a few days ago and man was it cold. Thankfully I was on pretty easy roads at the time so it didn't really effect me apart from shaving off a little speed

You are very correct. I went out for a ride in the sun yesterday and though it was nice to be in the good weather I got so farking cold coming back, surprising as being sunny you would think it would be warm!

True. First time in months it seems. I saw a lot of bikes out including some very recent regos. (All this wet weather must be their fault ) Haven't seen so many in a long time.

Hope everybody made it home OK.
