Yes, I almost got killed on Sunday too!

At a servo, cage comes charging in and nearly knocks me over!

That's not what nearly killed me though.

Bastard gets out of his cage, nearly hits me with his door!

That's not what nearly killed me though.

I turn round and threaten to smash his fucking head in! (complete with other selected expletives)

Now "that's" what nearly killed me!

I forgot I'm too old for all that shit now and I can't fight any more anyway, it hurts me just moving these days!

Momentarily slipped into that old rage mode.

The big cunt just ignored me and went about his business, so I took the opportunity and just went about mine too. (phew)

Don't ya just hate it when that happens, frickin cage drivers! Cheers, (Lucky, or still just plain fucking silly) John.

PS: Moral is, we are never too old or too young to be stupid, stay alert but stay alive!

I fully agree with some of posters here , instead of letting your emotons take over (which is a very hard thing to do I agree!) next time, fucken take evasive action and get yourself out of the situation.

Road rage, pay backs, relentless angry horn toots, and emotions usually end up you being wasted by the car or by the law..

Bonus if you can teach the car drivers a lesson, but don't count on it!

400 posts without being on a bike.. ahaha, excellent, at this rate I'll be the same

It's incredibly difficult to keep rage in check in alot of stupid road situations, but if you can keep it under control then it's the safer option.. letting it out does feel good though huh. I was pissed off with everything on my way home tonight, stupid bike (lack of) I better get the damn thing tomorrow, spend all night just sitting on it if it's raining..

If you think that's asking too much, well... like I said. You gonna die.
Thats the most bullshit I have ever read, anticipating every variable on the road is impossable, not to mention as YOU stated you couldn't even see it!!. Try telling that to the people that had been killed or had an accident obviously they lacked your super power.

There is an element of anticipation sure we all look for cars that are on the road, glance at the side roads, but if we could anticipate every single thing then there would never be accidents would there!

That is where bigger bikes, decent boots and armoured gloves come in handy.
