    Something to consider:
Friday I'm in taupo early (probably) so I could do the 42nd Traverse, Fishers track and then make my way to Whangamomona for the night......... a bit weather dependant but any others interested?

If the consensus is the Tiger will get thru then i'll be there, but as i don't know exactly where the 42 is(and what it's like) and may need help will only go if Iain or others do.

I suppose it's too late to say "This wasn't my idea..." now.

Assuming its dryish you guys "should" be ok but it is a bit more of a track than a road, Triboy, that bit of Fishers Track we did on the way to the CCA is the same as the traverse so you know what the conditions are like ok?

Obviously big bikes get thru there, an aquaintance of mine took a R100PD thru, in the latest Kiwi Rider Stretch and a mate took a KTM990 & Cagiva Gran Canyon thru after the CCA. Lets just apply a bit of common sense (yeah, right) and see what happens, if it gets too sticky we can always turn around.

Party at the Whanga pub is it?

    42 Traverse

Looks a bit like this.....same terrain as around Waikaremoana but a tighter, rougher and steeper track, the last one is one of my typical parking manouvers...bastard to reverse out of!
