    Cat advice needed...

Very recently I bought a cat...yeah I know people GIVE them away. But, as I am often away from home, I didn't have the time to toilet train the thing. I made a comfy bed for it in the garage for it next to my bike. (The add said it was a good guard cat [they wouldn't lie eh !!!] Got a heap(lots) of cat food for it (with automated feeder) and introduced it to its new home. Its fur was a bit wirey, but I put that down to not enough proper food/vitimins. I made a kitty litter box for it, but so far it hasn't used it. (Must be toilet trained) It doesn't eat mice... it chews them up and spits out blood and bone. (It is a bit messy) I assumed this was because I was over feeding it, and reduced the speed settings on the auto feeder. The neigbours lab came over to it and tried to sniff it... the resulting vet bill left me a little peeved. (to say the least)
Since it moved in, about half a litre of fully synthetic oil has disappeared from the four litre container I have (had) in the garage. Phone bills and computer links with made (not by me and I live ALONE[apart from the cat]) to some outfit in the U.S. of A. called ...I think... the Phoenix Foundation...or something like that.
I have a sneaking suspicion I am missing something...don't know WHAT.
All it seems to do all day is sit around giving ME the evil eye.
I don't know if the guy who sold it was that educated either, cause he called it in the add a KIT CAT.
ANY advice from a feline (cat) expert, would be much appreciated.
    PM's .....Please...help...please..

ps. ...below is photo of the cat

For the mechanically challenged ? Is Puss power on a bike anything like horse power in a car. Is there a noticable difference in the performance.?
Does a cat up Ya pipe increase the fuel consumption.?

NO...but it does make it howl something wicked. I don't think they like it too much, cause when they pop out....
