Transporting my new bike (In'gill - Ch-ch)

Well I bought a new bike, now to get it up from Invercargill to Chch, I rang numerous companies, Jeffs $326+gst, Biketranz $330+gst, motorcyclemovers more again, finally when I had almost given up to flying down and riding it back, which I dont mind doing, but.... there is supposedly some knarly weather arriving soon so didnt particularily want to get caught in that, rang a company called Captain Transporter, price.....$210+gst, great price, similar to what it was gonna cost me to fly and ride, now after chatting with the fella he explained to me that if i got the bike delivered down to their depot in Invercargill they would load it into its own steel container and forklift onto truck, now thats safe and secure, so needless to say its booked, i'll post some photos when it arrives. Oh and after contemplating the Xjr1300's I went with a GSX1400, awesome cant wait.

Congrats on the new bike.
I reckon I would have flown down and ridden back...even if it cost more!(wouldnt be able to wait!)

You've got all those hidden compartments on the Millennium Falcon and the in-system drive hardly ever fails! Just FLY it down yourself!
