    Cheers
i did the work on Toasters bike , there is a way that the slip ons have to be fitted .
1 fit slip ons to new bracket place on bike, leave slip ons loose
2 fit pipe to slip ons
3 then rotate pipes to heads no not tighten yet
4 tighten mufflers in the place then tighten pipe to headers

but the clamps that come with the slip ons are shit try using some of the clamps from the old exhaust.
you can ring me on my work no 098325893 just ask for me bmz

have you welded the fitting for the o2 sensor to the rear pipe or have you removed them.

if you still have problem still with th rear pipe cut the old pipe below the o2 sensor , cut the rear pipe and weld in the old pipe . tack in place on the bike so you can get the right angle to the slip on, take off and weld and fit heat shields then fit back on bike follow steps 1-4

Ha! I noticed you had removed it from TradeMe. Good choice... its an awesome bike and after all the work you put into it... you should reap some enjoyment from owning it.

Yeah.... but the only problem is every time I try to move it or ride it, the wide tank causies me tremendous pain through my hip which them continues for days after. Not good! I still may need a "slimmer" bike if I am actually going to be able to ride as well as own a bike! Frustrating, but thats life I guess.

Bike looked mint today all polished up.
