    The light we used last time were 20w, next time I'll use at least 50w. Those ones are 24w, if you don't want to make your own, they will be Ok, especially if it's not raining......

    I wasn't expecting a night ride on a Thursday... Might be a little too hard to organise for us.......Wouldn't be able to get up there much before 6.30........

    Was going to go to the litchfield one but haven't received handlebar mount I broke last weekend on an attempt at a jump.

    At least i get to save cash for 4 tyres needed for wof

    Anybody else taking a punt on Motuiti Road, Foxton tomorrow? We have had a fair bit of rain today .... always a good ride though.

    Sorry but I've missed this post as well
    We haven't planned this one yet so where is the info coming from.
    I'm thinking maybe a Friday or another Saturday end of Oct?

    I'll get something sorted. should have a 600 lumens (maybe 900) unit good to go.

    might just machine them out of block ali to get something sorted quickly for us.

    From our MTB experience......

    We started off with pathetic Warewhare LED lights, then borrowed some VERY bright halogens, went back to med (20w) because we lost a lot of the "fun element" of riding at night because we could see too well. Might just as well have been riding in daylight..... The Two Moons ride was a hell of a lot of fun, BECAUSE we couldn't see very well.
