Mate - don't even try to defend a Hyobag, you don't get any street cred for riding one.

    Thumbs up Your right

That has to be the slowest ride I have ever, ever been on, not even getting up to the speed limits allowable in places. I was scrubbing in new tyres and Malcolm was two up and we still could've done the circuit twice in the same time - actually we pissed off and did our own ride.
Never been on a 'Honda club riders' ride before - are they all like that? Gay!

Actually the road works were fun for some reason - just loose enough to have some fun on a road bike, and not to heavy. Your 400 would've carved it up.

Malcolm wanted a new battery for his CBR, they didn't have one? You would think a Honda shop would have one for a CBR, they would'nt take one out of the several CBRs in the shop for him - but would order one in for over $80.
Went back up to Boyds - got one off the shelf for $45

They'll have to do better than that I think.

the DN-no one will buy it? oh yeah!
fuck yeah, i went back for a second shot at the road works, did them at 120-130kph, got air over those first few humps.
we pissed off the slow brigade, but seriously, they were so slow, like real slow.
i got the worst economy ever on the DRZ, 11k/l

I had heard that, the salesperson was trying hard to get punters interested in taking it for a ride .... he wasn't impressed with all the 'oversized scooter' comments.

Carver can be a twat at times but hes dead right about Hyosungs, and even more so about the fact that anyone riding a Hyosung 250 really doesnt have a leg to stand on to look down their nose at anyone who rides a real bike, even a mormon few member.
