    lol Harley haters.
Soo where is the write up? Who else has one? Cornering? Cross wind? Weight? Reach (both arms and feet - although I understand that HD supply aftermarket accessories for people with ducks disease)? Comparison to V-Rod? and 10million other questions.

Who else has a Night Rod Special that I can talk to? Or has ordered a 2009 one?

    Night Rod

Well i have ridden the standard VRod and the Night Rod alone and two up....thoughts are as follows: the Night Rod around town has an unusual riding stance more like a u bend but once on the open road is so very comfortable. I am 6'1 with long arms so i guess that helps. Didnt notice any problems with the 240 tyre cornering but I guess I ride a bit slow so it wont be an issue.

The Night Rod seemed to have so much more mumbo than a standard Vrod but two up there was not enough room for us..

Both Vrod and Night Rod are I guess one person bikes with the odd two up stint but if it was just for me i would buy the Night Rod hands down
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead
Do not walk ahead as I may not follow.
Do not walk beside me as the path is narrow
In fact FU*K off and leave me alone

errr yes it definitely would! The Night Rod Special has forward controls - and no good for a 5ft 4" person with disproportionally short legs

So would a customised pillion seat with one of those wee backstops have helped the situation? Or was there just totally no room for two?

Devonport that day may not have been entirely representative.

I'm back out west with respectable heterosexual boot-wearin' folk now, thank the Lord.

    Thumbs up B4

Hey B4 don't feel bad I'm 5'6 (a little taller) n I can't reach forwrd controls on hubbys Fatbob n I'm average eveything. - Think it might have been part of his master plan - B plan superglide or lowrider with mid controls in a year or so!!!
