I was a little bit overloaded...

Today on the way home, from Blenheim to Dunedin, I was a little overloaded. Poor little 250!
It was comfy though, I was wedged between the load and my tank bag. Couldn't move.
A little foolish, but it had to be done.

That is indeed an enormous pile of goodies you managed to strap on...
No hassles riding all that distance like that?....
    Good skills...

No, not foolish, a bit silly but not foolish. I am picking there will be a few on here that can own to the crazy loads they have carried.

The worst I ever saw, not me of course, was a 185cc bike of unknown origins, 2 up. Crate of beer on the tank being held there by willpower alone I believe, and the pillion with a crate in each hand. Was well balanced at least

Pfft. Nothing at all forward of the head stock. No tank bras. Nothing strapped to the sides resting on the footpegs. You don't call that fully loaded do you.

I know a certian person managed to carry a double bed on a bike.

I regularly carry computers (inc full size computer cases)... weirdest was a full size paddock stand that didn't fold, on a sportsbike

Come on all that gear can't have been for yourself unless you were moving house.
