Ah ha, looks like you are on "the road again" (sounds of Willie Nelson).

I will get in touch with xknuts, he is up and running again too.

We have a mission to accomplish!

Meanwhile back to McJim's thread. John.

Nice Ford mate. I'm sure my mates will be able to fit the Ducati in the boot when they go and pickup the car later tonight!

(In all seriousness I hope you don't park that lovely bike anywhere close to whereever the car in picture calls home - either that or do some photo manipulation mate!)

Lastly, but most importantly, did you go riding on it?

Sorry I missed this, mixup on the cellie numbers with McJim, would have been nice to ride through to Scummies together. Beautiful machine and a shame its moved away but no doubt we'll see it from time to time.

I feel I need to translate the phrase "'tain't mine"

This means the bike is not mine - it belongs to a visitor. He let me sit on it while my wife took a photo. He offered to let me ride it and I declined coz I was riding like shit yesterday. Didn't really get back into the swing of riding until the way home from Balclutha.

And Mikkel - there's no point in disguising the number plate since the plate on my bike is......(can you guess?).....MCJIM.

    Not very subtle am I?

I saw this lovely machine at Ruapuna today. Awesome!
I hope you'll get the offer again another time when you feel on top of your game

Would have been a nice way to spend a saturday I presume - riding the Ducati from Invercargill to Christchurch

Ah I see. No need to worry then

Pleasing trait I have to say. Here's to hoping to discuss the "finer" points of subtlety over a bottle of whisky or two in december then.
