I'm finally getting the hang of my Pajero and driving true to form - it has lost overdrive and I'm only able to do 80kph on the open road...if you see an old guy driving a 4x4 in a wide brim hat going slow in the fast lane...give me a wave.

And not this wave eh Motu cause I heard that particular Pajero tends to swerve about erratically sometimes.

Also those that indicate to turn left into a driveway, slow right down then suddenly take a big wide turn out across the centre line.

Mostly, though, living in the land of the Maui Camper has cured me of my road rage tendencies-shrug yer shoulders and smile through gritted teeth.
Mind you that means that I have the shoulders of Arnold 'The Governator' Schwarzenegger and stumps to try to chew my bbqed snarlers with.

my personal pet hate in other drivers is following behind a driver who is constantly talking ot someone else in their vehicle, their heads turned looking at their passenger, you just know they are not aware of the traffic on the road at all.
The other one is little kids bouncing all over the back seat etc, instead of being in car seats, gives me the shits.

    Boy racers...
...who cut their seat so low that they can't look over the steering wheel so are essentially blind
...who drop back to form a gap, only so they can drop a gear and see how fast they can close it to impress their mates (expecially when I';m making for the same gap)

    Anyone...
...who pulls up alongside another car with their mates in it that has slowed to 80, then has a conversation through the open windows. Thats what a mobile is for people!!! Oh hang on, thats illegal now.
...doing 80 on a country road where the open road limit applies creating a rolling roadblock and the road has 1 passing lane over its ~20km distance that lasts for 100m (travel south of Dorkland to Waiuku to see what I mean)
...the dick in front of me (when I'm in a cage) who uses that 100m long passing lane to pass the other idiot doing 80km/h at 85km/h so I can't get past them both!!!

Not as bad as those mentals who try to drive while talking on their cellphone, when in reality they can't cope with driving, let alone cellphoning at the same time!
At Christmas, we had an apartment at Mt Maunganui, overlooking a busy intersection. The boys spent many happy hours watching "Mentals" driving past, commenting on/ scoring their driving techniques, such as "driving holding the door on with one hand", "driving one-handed", "trying to drive and cellphone", etc.
The absolute best was the dickhead who was 'driving' (I use the term most advisedly), holding his door on with his right hand, and talking on the cellphone which was in his left hand.
"Aha!! What's he gonna do when he has to turn right at the intersection?!?"

Simple - steers with his left elbow stuck in the spokes of the steering wheel.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Another boy racer one.....

What is it with these idiots who lean across the centre console with only one hand on the wheel when they're driving? (when I say "hand on the wheel" its actually their wrist and their hand is hanging limp over the wheel towards the screen)
