Nice riding with ya folks!Being off bikes for 3 odd years I think my riding abilities need a bit of practice,struggled to keep up especially in the dark.Nevertheless,enjoyed riding in a group environment since none of my mates ride.Prolly won't be able to make many Wed night rides as I work nightshift but if anyones keen on Sunday rides I'd be up for that!Cheers guys and nice meeting ya's!

Sounds like a plan, if you do come along to the Wednesday night ride Im sure someone will show you the way home.

Otherwise pray for sunny weather while your up here cos there are a lot of roads to squeeze into a week that are worth riding around this place

Cheers Rik,

Had a look at plugs again few days ago after she started working then crapped out again. Mate looked at them and he reckoned there was oil in wrong place, lead his thinking to piston seals.

Now I have essentially no real knowledge and he self admittedly has only a little more. Have decided it's beyond me and will take her to Hampton so I can get my ass back in the saddle. Already missed a ride with mates this weekend that I won't see again for ages!

Recently got back onto two wheels after a long absence. Would like to come along for a blat and a yarn since I won't be the oldest one there hehe. Watch out for the orange hornet

Big age range... some as young as 16, some as old as, well, old enough lets say

The rides are generally aimed at being pretty inclusive... if you're not so sure about hill work, then definitely say so. There's a tail end charlie to make sure you're doing ok, and plenty of the riders are happy just to cruise along, so if you're just looking to take it easy, you won't get lonely. On the flip side, there's a few quicker riders who you can follow if you're looking for a little more excitement.
