Depending one where, Norwich Quay can get busy on a fine day, if need be as you come around the roundabout to head through Lyttelton there is a 4 story white building on the left just past the first right turn, either outside or use the car park of that building.

na the airbox and filter are clean and its a kawasaki filter, the oils deffinitly not over filled, im wrecking my brains trying to figure out what the hell the problem is

Check the plugs, ignition system etc. A weak spark will stop an engine revving.

Is the pipe standard? An aftermarket pipe with no fueling mods can cause problems...

Does it rev out in neutral, if it is only under load it that it falls short it may give a few more clues.

mmm, not to sure, ill see what she does in neutral. yeah it does have an after market muffler. apart from that issue she's a beuty bike

LoL typical kawasaki! Well mine would be FINE if i didnt bin it ...

Just gotta get some radiator brackets and re-direct the ram air when i take the front fairing off... where do i get some streetfighter bars from?
