Wednesday Evening Cruises 2008-09

I have spoken to the short order cook at the Greta Bar,
To make sure there is someone there to cook you some chips!
They are expecting between 10 and 30 of us arrive between 7.30 and 8pm.
So the more of you all that come the better,
I should be waiting to join up with you at the Waikari turn off,

so no disturbing my goat with your noisey horns!!

Road gangs are in the area at the moment repairing small sections of the road on the main roads, so be aware of little unmarked new seal spots.
If it looks light grey, then it will be new with loose metal on top, beware.
So see you all on the road

Sorry, I know I don't need to check in but not going to make it tonight either, I'm still coming down from LC concert in wltgn last night. Gutted 'cos I love the Greta valley run, it's a beaut bit of road, but tired not so good

You can join tomorrow nights ride, same destination, there is always an option eh. Have a good rest and a good feed then you will be all fired up!

Well that was fun, with a capital f.

I had a total change from riding TEC, thanks Tristan, Dave kept a good pace, and we met up with Dave (Subike) at Waikari turn off to head into Waikari valley what scenery and the road was in reasonable condition, have not ridden that in about 20 years.

Anyhow a couple of photos.
