    The Motorcycle Personality Test

    http://www.helloquizzy.com/tests/the...rsonality-test

    I got this...

    Yamaha YZF R1

    You scored 8 moxie, 12 zeal, and 4 pomp!

    Yamaha YZF R1
    You're addicted to speed, but have the knowledge and experience to match. Although you like to win, you don't really care so much about competing with others as much as competing with yourself.

    Your bike is the Yamaha YZF R1. Given how easily the rear wheel on this beast spins up coming out of turns, it is fortunate that you constantly work to improve your skills. (I've seen more R1s crash at track days than any other bike.)

    It was a close decision with the Suzuki GSXR1000, but your personality seemed a bit more R1-ish. (But hey, I could be wrong. Its only a silly test.)

    EDIT.
    For those of you who do not understand the slang (me included) I googled the words.

    Moxie = Skill and expirience
    Zeal = Pasion, eagirness
    Pomp = Looks, display show.

    UPDATE

    90s digged up a more detailed definition of Moxie, so here it is:

    Definitions of moxie on the first page could emphasise the agressive, risk-taking, ballsy nature of the word though - skill is not a close association although it has this in relations specifically to baseball.

    Urban dictionary does OK:
    http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=moxy

    but OED gives the full spectrum of meaning:
    Courage, audacity, spirit; energy, vigour; enterprise; skill, shrewdness

    Overall in terms of this quiz I think you can read it as "squidiousity & lawlessnessness" (like my new word?)

    Cool - my test came out negative. That's good right?

    Well bugger me. It picked a Honda Hawk for me which I guess is pretty close to what I have. Summary:
    -8 moxie
    4 zeal
    2 pomp.
    Your interest in riding a motorcycle is purely practical - its cheap, easy to get through the city, and you can park anywhere. You are unlikely to ever ride anywhere except between home and work or school. In order to maximize the practicality of riding, you read the magazine reviews and choose a bland yet utterly reliable Honda, a sensible motorcycle for sensible people.
    Close enough summary to be honest although I do ride a bit further afield than the summary suggests. And I did once read a magazine item that described my bike as "the blandest of bland bikes"

    You scored 7 moxie, 4 zeal, and 6 pomp!

    You're a fast and competent rider, but maybe not quite as good as you think you are. You've spent some big bucks on a sexy Aprilia, now go buy a beat-up Kawasaki EX500 as a track bike and get in some practice before you kill yourself.
    Seriously. The Mille's power scares the crap out of you at times, and you mostly bought it because you wanted something more unusual than a Ducati. Its not comfortable, you're not having fun, and you're riding less than you did on your old bike. If you're not willing to put in some serious practice time, you should really get something a little less purposefully lethal

    Love the bike but they said some very unkind things about me

    What a crock!

    All I will take out of my result is...You have the potential to be a great rider
    Potential??....what is that?
    A Real-Estate agent uses that term when they have house to sell that nobody really wants!!!....
    ''It has potential''.....woah! stop the car, we dont need 'potential'!!!

    Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Ha Ha!

    You scored 11 moxie, 1 zeal, and -3 pomp!

    You are a squid. Your bike is a 600cc Japanese Sportbike. Take your pick, it really doesn't matter, since you're going to wad it.

    On a hot day, you're likely to be seen weaving through highway traffic at warp speed, wearing sneakers and a t-shirt blowing up your back.

    Take it to the track. You'll live longer.
