    congradulations on your 'getting back into it' I cant imagine how you or the others feel not riding for so long, I've got withdrawal already after a day - what ever you do ride safe and take care!!

    Arrow Good stuff.

    I tell you there is nothing better for me after a bad day working in the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit than a bloody good spin on my bike. Helps sort out my attitude , which becomes a problem if the weather is crap
