    U-turning cops - quite common

yesterday i was a couple of cars back from a cop, he desides to put on his lights, then instead of doing a u turn he pulls left so we all think cool hes pulling over, then cuts us off and then u turns, we all had to slam our breaks on.
all this for a loaded truck climbing a hill, to put three cars in danger, to catch a truck who was hardley going to do a runna.

what a dick head, the road was real wide too.
this seems all to common, i dont trust thos bastards now.
if your a cop think about the inocent before you go after your quota.
its the 2nd time its happened to me lately.

fit bull bars... then wait for him/her to not give you enough room... they are like any other road user unless they have lights on etc...

I do believe the patrol cars have some serious blind spots tho, and this comes from those using them.

Yes, quite common for police vehicles to excecute very inapropriate u-turns to catch some minor traffic offenders.....

he put his lights on. then moved left like he was going to let the cars behind him go past before the u turn. but didnt and cut us off.

Their only blind spot is between the ears

That's no excuse. I'm sure if you turn you head like your meant to, you can see your blind spot. Too bad hardly anyone does this.

A couple of years ago a cop made a dangerous U-Turn to pull over my mate so that he could tell him off. My mate had broken no laws and there was nothing the cop could charge him with, just pissed the cop off and the cop happily endangered the lives of other motorists to have a wee vent.

    BTW
When you wave to a cop you should use 4 fingers, not 1.

I think fire engines are limited in speed somewhat. I've passed one on the motorway which had its lights flashing, and I wasn't going very fast either. Didn't feel guilty one bit
