Well, she was obviously getting frustrated, since as we went through Pukerua Bay she hooned past me! I gave up chasing her at 115... (I'm paranoid about two things, bad road surface and getting tickets. These are the two things which prevent me from being a really fast rider) I guess she's improved alot since I last rode with her.

All I can say Cathy, is... Come on a Taka, Martinborough, Gladstone ride with us and I'ma not waiting for ya
Sorry Stoney - I did assume you were riding a lot slower than usual for me, but I also assumed when I passed that really sloooooooow car that you would follow.

I guess the thing is that when I ride with Jaz (no offence to her) I ride at her pace... and of course the other thing was we had a tail wind!!! Try get me going those speeds when the wind is comin' at me - I think not!

I miss the 'Killer Pussy' part, though. Sniff.

Perhaps you could have got a fine brush and written 'Slightly Aggressive Pussy' under the tank, before you put it back on. For old times' sake.
Ahhhhhhhhh jrandom - there will be no pussy slightly aggressive or otherwise on my bike. I do miss it though but, she was just getting too old and chipped.

We'll have to think of a new name for her now - although Mike and I both agreed today that 'Bitch' may have to stay as part of her name no matter what.

No worries. I was happy to see you so comfortable with the bike. I'm really impressed (not that there would be any reason not to be, just the first time I've seen you really ride).

I would be very interested to see you going up the Takas. Like I said, it's been a while since I've ridden with you, and I'm sure your skill level is way up. I guess also, the times I have ridden with you, it's been in a group setting, never letting you ride at your own pace. You GO girl

PS: When you get a bigger bike, you can practice turning it into a unicycle, like I'm doing hahahaha

I think you need to trade the R1 and get a bike with some real HP so you can keep up with those 250cc bikes

Cost around $150 for the paint and sand paper. I got it from Union Hardware here in Wellington.
