    Is the thrash really such a bad thing?
    So i can agree that thrashing your ride while its cold is bad because oil doesn't get where its needed. But aren't bike built to be run.

    Both are crap. your zxr was the worst bike i have ever ridden, and yes, ive done almost 100km on a gn.
