    good to see Im not the only one

    IMO ppl like to see the actual machine & not a plastic cover. My T buckets the same, park it beside a camaro or mustang & ppl will stand & look at the motor & mechanicals of mine for a lot longer than the paint job on the panels of the other option.
    a sticker on the fairing of a GSX doesnt make it a Katana

    I don't know why people would say something like that. Maybe they are just speaking without actually thinking. Because, frankly, that is kind of a rude thing to say. Implying your bike is an old wreck or something. Stick to your guns!

    Of course, my bike is "only" an '88.

    pop-up kats are still one of my most favourite designs to come out of japan.
    if you had a turbo on yours i'd swap ya.
    kats are the porn stars of the jap bike world - the only problem with porn stars is no one wants to marry one. But my god they look good.
