    Question Anyone used Gecko Guard??

Just treated my Clover jacket and IXS pants with gecko guard. Any one used this? I had had no leaking probs with my gear in the rain but every little bit helps I suppose. Had it there. used it....
Have you used it and did it work?

    Good stuff!
It doesnt let the water soak in, you just shake your jacket, and its pretty much dry.
Use it on all your gear.

Cool thanks for that. I'd had this stuff for four years and only just used it.

There's an old thread (about a year ago?) about this stuff. Can't remember what the story was but I think the guy's stuff still leaked?

    Have found the thread:

    Hey Andy,
I used it but I didn't find it effective. However, let me qualify that by saying that you are meant to leave it for 2-3 days to 'cure' and I ride everyday so I couldn't do that. Others have raved about it.
My goal in life is to be as good a person as my dog already thinks I am.
