Mt Wellington this Sat (20 Sept)

Reminder for those that want to come along and ride Pocket Bikes on the Mt Wellington track or have a look at what they are all about.

This Saturday from 9.30, directions here, http://www.nzmmrc.co.nz/page.php?3
Cost to ride is $20, $10 kids. Minimum protective gear is ankles covered, knee pads, stout jacket, gloves & helmet (no visible flesh)

    Is real good fun

GRRRRR I cant get my bike to run right! (GRC RR reverse polini rep)

Runs fine unless its up at full throttle, then it splutters and pulses.

Ive cleaned out the carb, but she still persists to splutter.

    Any suggestions?

How was it before you swapped the fuel filter, Geoff?

What does the plug colour look like?

    Try a new plug.

Try removing air filter and run.

Bring it along tomorrow & we can try a few things.

I'd go with the remove the air filter and run Idea to big Al... Both my reverse engines missed up at the top end and it took me along time to find it but it was blocked air filters causing it.
