TL1000S: This was the one that got away, lowside at manfeild was as bad as it got for this one, before trading it in.

GSXR600: Owned it from new to four weeks, written off in a big way, repair bill round the $22000 mark, didnt leave much untouched.

TL1000S: After the disapointment of my 1st TL, i lowsided it out in waihi at 90ish kph, then not happy with the effort looped it at high speed destroying it, but not as bad as the gixx, as it will live again, god help us/me.

NSR250SP: Havent riden it yet, but stay posted, i might just kick it over in the garage for good measure.

    Have to add one more;

BMW R90/6 which has been saved and might be resurected at some stage by the current owner, but it was pretty written off

Reminds me of Ruapuna - sometimes they have a car engine out there that they drain the oil from, fire up and rev the crap out of it - this goes on all day until it dies. It takes a surprisingly long time to kill it!

This thread should be in the ACC section - the common theme for killing a bike is 'T-bones by a car'

It's a club I would have been happy not to join

I wrote off my CBX400 when I was checking out some barely dressed women on the side of the road. I hit a trailer when the traffic stopped...
My GSX750ESD was written off when I locked up the front brake and slid it under the car that stopped in front of me... punctured its petrol tank, luckily it didnt ignite.

Those were my only writeoffs, lots of cosmetic damage incidents.
Capital Cruise and TT2000 2012. Looking forward to my two big rides!

    What bikes have I destroyed?

    None.
Actually, although two (2) were 'written off', both were resurrected. Also (plus!) I acquired a clapped-out bike and made it moar betterer.
However (but!) despite the thousands I have lavished on it, I have an uncomfortable feeling my current bike is neither improving nor evolving but slowly being destroyed by my mentalness. Bit by bit, item by item, it is slowly devolving into scrap.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

    M109R versus weaving sheep.

    Sheep 1, M109R 0.

Bike was rebuilt as a custom bike then sold.
