So im still wondering why you both didnt give him a bloody good slapping.
Little pricks with attitudes annoy me to the max and i definately agree with "user pays " if you know what i mean.
Damaging his car makes you a vandal and thats silly but defending yourself with a damm good defence is never illegal if its with good intentions and not with malice.
Ohh and then call the cops to sort the ankle braclet wearing pissant out.

it was all over rover as soon as the bike and car were pulled over. If someone comes at you like that - I believe in getting in first / fast and hard.

Having said that - there can be a price to be paid - you may end up getting hurt because hes better than you or you win the battle but lose the war because you are in the wrong and would be considered the instigator in a court of law.

Trust me - its not worth it. Says me with GBH charge for the same thing that almost cost me my job years later when work wanted to transfer me to the US.

Its simply not worth getting in the situation. But IF you end up there - drop the fucker before he opens his mouth.

^ like he said... Now, it does depend on his size, I'm a pretty big bugger, but I'm not stupid enough to take on the likes of BarBender or his bro

If he's some normal punk, yep, he can come have a go, and by him coming to me, he's started it, I'm just finishing it. Then I call the plods to tidy up.

1st insticnt is to punch him so hard that should he have children in the future, his kids are born with blood noses.

But I`d like to think that us Kbers are a sensible bunch(yeah fuckin right)and would just let the little prick carry on with his pathetic life.

Thanks for answering my question and good on you both for not putting in the boot when he was down. The temptation would have probably been too much for me!Just a damn shame you didn't get his rego and inform the plod because if he was wearing a bracelet it's obvious he is already a crim/shithead and shouldn't be out in public anyway.

While you had him pinned down the cops should of been involved, due to being on home detention an offence such as dangerous driving then an unprovocked attack on you guys (your word against his) let me see who do I believe, would of been enough to send him to jail pretty much immediatley as well. Never feel sorry for a shit bag crim as thats how they get away with there shit, his attitudes not going to change and next time the person might not be so lucky.

Oh well hindsight is a great thing

I applaud your restraint and I can't help but think, why did you let him go?
Road rage, careless use, perhaps dangerous use AND he assaulted you, taking a flying kick at you, the fact that it didn't have the intended effect is irrelevant.

In my view the only appropriate response is to beat him vigourously, and then hold him pending the arrival of the police. Preferably in a very uncomfortable position, guaranteed to induce significant amounts of pain.

Even if they decide not to charge the little scum, you will know that he got his just reward for his actions, a damn good beating. There is a tiny chance that this might have made him reconsider his actions in future, not much, but more than letting the little fucktard off with a snivelling apology.

    That was a good start.
Once he found out he "had to be home in like 2 minutes", the pinning down on the grass could have easily been extended for a little while....
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Secondly. I just stood next to the bike making sure he wasn't going to attack the bike. Also incase my mate got the beat down I was there to "assisst". Basically he ran over and did like a flying kick into my mate. Mate caught his leg and put him down on the grass. Then basically pinned him down on the grass and yelled shit like "What the f@ck is your problem" "You could have killed us" "You idiot". His excuse was if he wasn't home in 2 minutes the cops would be on his ass. Turns out he had a home detention braclet on his ankle and he was running late. Once he figured he was screwed he basically turned into a little cat saying sorry and all those sorts of things.

In hind sight we should of got his number plate and phoned the cops. But you know how it is when someone trys to run you down.

Whaaaa!!!! you didn't hold him there under citizens arrest, after nearly killing the two of you with his car and assaulting your mate? AND he was on Home Detention?!!!! you really should have held him there, called the boys in blue and just waited, he'd of really been fucked then, a couple more charges to add and being away from home, he might have finally made it to the big house and felt the wrath of big bubba! you fucked up on that one.

Would you all please leave Big Bubba alone, he's a really nice bloke when you get to know him and talk through his anal and bashing problems, sheesh, fair go people.
    .................................................. ..

My vote would have been hold the fooker there and awaited the cops, especially once you learned of his home detention thingy but it's easy with hindsight innit, not always thinking logically when someones just tried to wipe you up and then done a Bruce Lee on ya. I think you showed admirable restraint.
    Oh bugger

If possible grab his keys, ride off with them, or if there's no time, chuck them in the direction of something awkward... storm drain, over a hedge or into traffic.

Well, you'd have about buggered yourself then. You're not likely to get on the bike and ride away without a shove, which might put you over... You're not going to reason with any wigger like that, so you're only left with one option.

Strike first, strike hard... Kick him square in the nuts, or push his nose bone into his brain with an open palm strike to the face. Once you get him on the ground, keep battering him (either with kicks, gloved punches) till he looks like he's going to give up. Once he's in submission, use your helmet to batter him till blood runs from his mouth, nose and ears.

Then drive over him in his car.
