Funny that you should mention it.....I went for a ride to Hamilton this afternoon. Absolutely brilliant weather, not a lot of traffic, most cars pulled to the left to let me through.....great ride!

I used scoot to do some errands - from parking on Queen Street, to picking up a contract or two.

Good times. You know that smell of warm tarmac that you only get when the road is over about 20 degrees. That's the smell of freedom and sticky tires...

It was a lovely to be out on two wheels, I'm not looking forward to going back to work tomorrow when I could be doing better things such as riding young Jade.
I took a pootle down Scenic drive and back today, it was a perfect riding day

I'm finding an irresistible urge every time I time get off my bike now to get back on it. It doesnt matter how far I have been or how late in the day it is I just have to find somewhere else to ride to.

Work is just going to get in the way..........

    I'll second that strongly!

Personally, I'm being a real girl since the weekend. I polished my baby up (and yes, I am referring to my bike)...she got the full spa treatment: gentle all over wash followed by genuine pure Carnuba wax on her painted bits, then Mother's metal polish treatment on the fork, handlebars, full exhaust system and any other shiny bits I could find. Back to the Showpony state that i love to see her in...

She is so shiny, I dare not make her dirty again (see exhibits A and B below)

My poor Scoot looks like she hasn't been cleaned in weeks, she's covered in mud and grime, and even the mirrors are grubby.

Is your cleaning service a mobile one?

No wonder I'm going FUCKING MENTAL!

    Sorry about that.
I'll be OK once I've beaten my head against the computer for a few minutes....
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...
