LOL the second expert was teh worst one. there was a bog that was about a meter deep.... you should see ricks bike..... LOL aye Rupe!!!
Yeah the ONLY 2 bikes which seemed to find some slush!! Reckless's KTM took Rupe for a dip..lol
Kinky is using a feather.
Perverted is using the whole chicken.
Yeah I see you cleaned it then!!!
had a great day the kids all enjoyed it gr8 meet up.
Was last to leave thanks to my second girl deciding to go on a final lap. ain't the fastest!!! as ricks son will agree to I think !
Any nobody hurt so a pretty good day all round. Thanks to blackbuell and his almighty trailer for transporting all our bikes.
see ya all at the GNCC this saturday
You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
And now a third thing a bloody big gun to shoot theives with!
Good to hear you all had fun! there wasnt much room to put many expert sections in but we tryed!!! I put the real muddy bit in for something diff and seemed to work... Had a great day in the open for a change had to see how fast the husky goes, Bring on the belray!
Had a great day,Highlight was watching Cheese & Rupe Mud Wrestling with what was a clean & shiny Ktm,ended up giving them a hand to get there bikes outa there, certainly was a fast track, would have been a interesting if it had rained, good to catch up with 4 stroke again, nice bike ya got,Has me thinking about a new toy!!!(sell a few first i think)see ya all at hopefully a Muddy Paparimu Ride.
Yep good day, not the most exciting trail iv been on, we left about 1:00 when the novelty wore off. The berms would good, they closed the padock with the best berm halfway through though.
I agree wuth Atomic not the most tech ride at all. But it was spot on for all the kids and beginners. Lots of CRF's and KDX types out there and you gotta have some rides for them as well.
Probably the type of trail where having a Ktm200 is at the biggest disadvantage but I shore didn't want to go any faster! It was like skipping across water waves blasting over those plowed fields!
Jeepers Rupe!! give you a perfectly good KTM and you can't handle it!
Just had to find the only bog there and dunk it in the mud didn't you!!!!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!
'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '
bugger wish i hadnt missed that ride by the sounds of things it was a good day of riding
that was a good ride ride had a blast.
it was definately fast thats for sure certainly blew
the cobwebs out.
did any body get any pics of the days riding?
Yeah I thought I'd brought my first ktm when cheese sunk in mud over his boots to try to help me out of that bog! Still a bit of clever thinking with the logs over the bog helped. And the fact that it's ment for that sort of riding helped to get it over the stream and up the slippery bank.
really enjoyed the ride - fast top gear stuff - very smooth - could ride a lot on seat - thanks organisers
So what
It was certainly the shortest trail ride lap that I have ever done at 11.5km and very fast even for me but my 6 year old had a blast on the kids track and even did to the shortcut on the main trail twice at the end of the day! ( once all the hero's had gone home so he didn't get roosted!! )
