    Looks interesting.

Personally I don't give much of a flying whotsit about m/c racing, but I still think this exhibit would be worth a visit, might pop along and have a nosy over the summer.

I'll check this out. There was some talk of using one of my Gixxers in the exhibition, but nothing came of it. Not that I mind that at all really.

there are some amazing old racers about, I have an H2A with 169 race wins and over 1000 drag wins, surely one of the winningest bikes ever, it won't be there tho cos no-one asked. Hope the show is a success tho, will go for a look for sure.

    From their website:

They're on Main St between the PNCC building and the Globe Theatre, opposite and just down the road from Harvey Norman.

The chick that is organising this is the one that was Paulys pillion for the Helicopter ride.
Also my X is currently building a motorbike simulator for them for the exhibition.

    Definately worth a look

Thumbs up Motorcycles Unleashed! A Century of Competition Bikes

At the moment they're still sorting the details but when this opens I'll definitely be down for a look... or two.

There will be 50 classic bikes on show illustrating the evolution of the key competition disciplines in NZ along with over 20 "really cool" rare and unique bikes that showcase kiwi bike building innovation, victory moments and the art of motorcycle design. Does anyone here know when it's supposed to open?
